You may be aware but just in case you're not, we will be celebrating ten years of The Women's Awards.

❤️ As Christmas approaches, I find myself reflecting on the conversations and moments of growth that have shaped my year.

This year I have seen so much strength from leaders navigating pressure, even when they doubted themselves.

I am sending to you my very warmest Season's Greeting to you early, as I know that for many of us the rush will be on shortly.
