About Nusrat

I am an experienced Adult and Community Education Specialist working in the post-16 education sector for more than 20 years. I have collaborated with major stakeholders to develop curriculum to meet the needs of our most disadvantaged communities to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours. This includes supporting adults with learning disabilities and difficulties develop independent living skills and preparing them for employment, delivering education to overcome societal issues such as limited social integration, substance misuse and cost of living crisis among others. I am passionate about education and social justice, education is a human right and am lucky to be in a position to provide it and improve lives of learners, their families and communities they live in.
