I am an HR professional with many years of cross-cultural experience in HR. Fluent in both English and French, I've worked in 3 countries developing talent management strategies for large global organizations.
I just finished a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester & hold a Graduate certification in Organisational Behaviour from Harvard Extension School. I am known by my colleagues for my consultative approach, process improvement and efficiency, and ability to drive change management.
I recently overcame a traumatic life event that left me questioning my purpose and identity. Now, I am actively focused on taking control of my healing, rebuilding my self-confidence, and crafting my next chapter.
