Absolutely outstanding day, it was very exciting to be in a room with so many inspirational women, thank you so much. – HS
What an absolutely remarkable day at Winstanley House for the 10th Anniversary of The Women’s Awards hosted by the phenomenal Sandra Pollock OBE MA! 🌟
While I didn’t walk away with a trophy yesterday, I walked out of that room with an immense sense of pride, an expanded network, and a heart full of inspiration and hope. Being named a finalist alongside so many trailblazing women making real change is greater than any physical award. The energy in the room was electric, kept perfectly aloft by our incredible host, Rupal Rajani, who knows exactly how to lift a crowd! It was a joy to connect with so many wonderful people throughout the event. – HR
What an inspiring day. Truly honoured to have been asked to host The Women’s Awards once again, especially as we celebrated its 10th anniversary. I’ve only missed one over the years, and being part of this celebration means a great deal to me. Yesterday at Winstanley House was a reminder of just how many extraordinary women there are doing incredible things, often without the recognition they deserve. Huge congratulations to everyone shortlisted and to all the winners. It was a privilege to help celebrate your achievements and hear your stories. There was so much to take away from Rebecca Jenkins Maggie Oliver and The Women’s Awards’ new patron, Paulette Simpson CBE. Thank you to all the speakers and panellists for sharing your experiences so openly and giving us so much to think about. A very special thank you to founder Sandra Pollock OBE MA for continuing to give me the platform to host, year after year. To have been part of something you have built and nurtured over the past decade is an honour. Thank you also to Leanne Bonner-Cooke MBE for leading the panel discussions, and to everyone who worked so hard to make yesterday special. And thank you for my beautiful flowers! Such a lovely way to end a memorable day. – Rupal Rajani, Awards Host
